Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit

A 25%–50% deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable because it covers materials, prep work, and holding your spot on our calendar.

Refunds Based on Cancellation Timeline

30+ days before your event – We’ll refund any payments made beyond your deposit.
15–29 days before your event – You’ll receive a 50% refund of any payments made beyond your deposit.
14 days or less before your event – The full balance is due and no refund is available, since it’s unlikely we can rebook your date.

Date Changes

Need to move your date? No problem! If you let us know at least 14 days in advance, we’ll reschedule for free (subject to availability). Changes within 14 days may include a rescheduling fee.

Custom Builds

For custom backdrops or builds, once production starts, materials and labor costs are non-refundable. If you cancel before we begin production, our standard cancellation policy applies.

Any edits requested after approved design may incur additional fees.

Force Majeure

If something completely out of anyone’s control happens (extreme weather, natural disaster, or government restrictions), we’ll give you a credit for the full amount you’ve paid (minus any material costs we can’t recover). This credit can be used toward any event within the next 12 months.
