Delivery & Pick-Up

Delivery Service Area

  • We provide delivery within the Greater Los Angeles Area.

  • Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this radius.

  • We reserve the right to decline delivery to locations that are inaccessible or unsafe for our crew or equipment.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery occurs 1 to 2 hours before the event start time.

  • Exact delivery windows will be coordinated at least 7 days prior to the event.

  • If you require early delivery or late-night pick-up, additional fees may apply.

Delivery Requirement

  • The client (or an authorized representative) must be present during delivery to confirm placement, sign paperwork, and approve setup.

  • Access to the venue must be clear and unobstructed. This includes adequate space for parking, unloading, and transporting items to the setup location.

  • If the location requires elevator access, stairs, or long-distance carrying, please inform us in advance. Additional charges may apply for challenging setups.

Pick-Up Times

  • Pick-up times will be arranged based on backdrop availability. We will try to work with your schedule as much as possible.

  • Same-day late-night pick-up may be arranged for an additional fee.

  • All rental items must be ready for pick-up in the same condition and location where they were delivered.

  • There will be a checklist approval to specify condition of the backdrop at pick-up.

Missed Delivery or Pick-Up

If our crew arrives and is unable to deliver or pick up due to the client’s delay, locked access, or unsafe conditions, no refunds will be provided.

Client Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring that rental items are not damaged, moved without approval, or exposed to harsh weather conditions.

  • If damage, loss, or theft occurs, replacement or repair charges will apply according to our Rental Agreement.

Weather Policy for Outdoor Events

  • In the case of inclement weather, the client must have an alternate covered location available for set-up.

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery or set-up if conditions are unsafe for our crew or could cause damage to our equipment.
